Requirements

  • Cooking a station as per agreement
  • Assisting with à la carte service at lunchtime
  • Preparation work for the evening service according to the kitchen management's instructions
  • Assisting in plating dishes during dinner service
  • Supporting apprenticeship training / guiding apprentices on the station

Qualifications

  • Warmth & joy in delighting our young and adult guests
  • Completed vocational training & / or relevant professional experience
  • Good expertise & product knowledge
  • Passion for the profession & creativity
  • Clean & efficient work ethic
  • Team spirit
  • Effective communication in German & English; additional languages advantageous
