Requirements

  • Greeting our (numerous regular) guests
  • Table allocation & seating arrangements
  • Responsibility for buffets, as well as the service of the gourmet menu in the evening Wine, beverage, and coffee service
  • Supervision of the breakfast buffet
  • Mise-en-place work for the stations
  • Assisting in wine, beverage, and material ordering under the guidance of the F&B Manager
  • Training according to the guidelines of the Austrian apprenticeship training
