Or maybe you'll be planning the vacation for the large family from the UK. Providing insider tips, anticipating and fulfilling wishes. Serving drinks, shaking cocktails, or even creating gourmet menus with wine pairings. You'll be prepared for everything. We are your springboard to reach for the stars later on.

Requirements

  • Welcoming our (numerous regular) guests
  • Check-In / Check-Out including cashiering and settlement processes
  • Comprehensive guest care in the area of Guest Relations / recommendations in the region / ticket sales
  • Coordination of guest requests within the property
  • Reception administrative tasks including inventories
  • Reservation processes & bookings
  • Training according to the guidelines of the Austrian apprenticeship training

Qualifications

  • Warmth & joy in delighting our young and adult guests
  • Basic computer skills
  • Team spirit
  • Positive demeanor & good manners Sense of responsibility
  • Effective communication in German & English; additional languages ​​are advantageous
