For families travelling with a baby, Hotels Löwe & Bär offer a 24/7 baby food corner with HIPP products including purees, organic follow-on milk, organic tea and yoghurt as well as hypo-allergenic infant formula.

Winter extra: During the winter months, you have the chance to meet the vintners of the region and taste their wines. While your little ones are playing at the multi-storey children’s area, Mum and Dad can enjoy a glass of fine wine at Hotel Bär.

“Mungis Gourmetküche“ – Gault Millau 2019

In addition to the comprehensive culinary offers of Hotel Bär, food-loving guests can savour even more special treats at the car-free village of Serfaus. “Mungis Gourmetküche” is a cutting-edge choice for fine dining, serving excellent sous-vide dishes.

Sous-vide cooking is a particularly gentle method of preparing food, cooking vacuum-sealed meat at low temperatures in a water bath. This ensures that all important vitamins and nutrients are preserved during the cooking process. As a pleasant side effect, the meat turns out particularly soft and tender. No wonder that the sous-vide cuisine of Hotel Bär has made it into the 2019 Gault Millau listing!
