Flitzer and Flieger
The »Flitzer«, a great summer tobogganing run, was opened in summer 2005.
On a 2,200 m long track, you whiz downhill across bridges and through tunnels, an ice cave and a »burning barn«
The
new addition since summer 2006 is the »Flieger«, a flying machine which
looks like a biplane and »hovers« between 8 and 47 metres above the
ground. Hanging on a steel cable which runs on rollers, the »Flieger«
glides down to the valley – a completely safe but very exciting
activity for the whole family.
The »Flitzer« and »Flieger« are
on the »Möseralm« Alpine pasture in the nearby village of Fiss. Guests
of »Löwe & Bär« can reach the »Flitzer & Flieger« free of
charge by shuttle bus (5 km) and on the »Möseralm-Bahn« train.
Price for a ride on the »Flitzer« EUR 4.50 for children.
Price for the »Flieger« (from 10 years of age) EUR 6,-.
