Reception
A friendly, polite reception, a cordial smile, always ready to help, and competent – that is what our reception team has to be.
The Reception is the hotel’s very first contact for the needs, wishes, desires and suggestions
of the guests – as well as for criticism. Thus, it is of paramount importance.
Our staff at the Reception welcome and bid farewell to the guests,
take care of their wishes, reserve Wellness appointments (bath
treatments, massage, cosmetic treatments). They obtain ski school
tickets and ski passes in wintertime and reserve tennis courts in
summer.
They book consumption from restaurant and bar. They settle the
check-out (invoice and payment). They also manage various lists for
other departments (kitchen, etage, service) and write the in-house post
every day.
