Reservations / Sales

“Löwen and Bär” sell all their rooms directly to their clients – without mediation of travel agencies.

This work is carried out by the Reservations/Sales office. Every day, countless E-mails are received, written and sent, brochures mailed, offers and reservations recorded in the computer system and deposits catalogued.

Lots of clients want information about our offers on the telephone. Occasionally, we also send out regular newsletters
to our regular guests, place room availability into the Internet and check the room plans.

Our co-workers in the Reservations office must be friendly, but also highly competent to sell the great offers of “Löwe and Bär” to the clients. It is an interesting, many-faceted, diverse and changing line of work.
