First class cuisine is the hallmark of an outstanding hotel – it is no different here at “Löwe & Bär”.
Both hotels have kitchens which are equipped at the highest standards,
with all the requisite machines and accessories.
Both our executive
chefs come from this region and have worked here for many years.
We set high value in good education and training, precise yet
nevertheless creative work in a team. Our kitchen brigade is large
enough so that each employee can have a regular work schedule, with 10
persons on duty in the kitchen at one time.
At lunchtime, a buffet is prepared; in the afternoons come cakes
and snacks; in the evenings, a 5-course dinner with menu choices (among
various starters, soups and main dishes).
We place great value on highest possible quality.
